Bookkeeping Specialist Position

H2O Recruitment Services is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to manage their company's financial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and processing reimbursements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain records of all transactions and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Process employee reimbursements and manage accounts receivable and payable
This role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Excel for creating spreadsheets and charts. We estimate the salary for this role to be around $50,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and bookkeeping procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
