Academic Governance Expert

The role of Academic Governance Expert involves providing strategic leadership to ensure the effective achievement of Hertfordshire and Middlesex Wildlife Trust's vision and goals. As a senior member of the Senior Management Team, you will drive the development of a high-performing, high-impact workforce that inspires passion and commitment towards wildlife conservation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote wildlife-friendly policies and establish meaningful partnerships with external stakeholders, such as landowners, local authorities, businesses, and government agencies.
- Inspirational leadership and motivational management at a senior level, driving the success of the Trust through its combined workforce of employees and volunteers.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, translation into operational delivery, and monitoring of outcomes, ensuring the effective use of resources to achieve the Trust's objectives.
Estimated Salary: £72,500 - £82,500 per annum. The Trust offers an excellent benefits package, including generous leave entitlements, financial benefits, and office perks, supporting staff through flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
