We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Crossroads Vets, a forward-thinking practice located in High Wycombe with easy access to London and the Chilterns countryside. As part of our Graduate Academy programme, you will embark on a comprehensive and tailored learning experience to support your growth and development in veterinary medicine.

The ideal candidate will be a recent or soon-to-be veterinary graduate looking to start their career in a supportive and fulfilling environment. Our programme offers a 40-hour workweek over four days, with three weekends per month (Saturday mornings only) and no out-of-hours work. This allows for a great work-life balance and ample time for personal and professional development.

You will have the opportunity to:
