About the Role

Our client, a national leader in its field, is seeking a Commercial Sales Lead to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and meet targets. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic salesperson with a passion for challenge and a proven track record in a hands-on business development role. They will have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a natural problem-solving ability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute new business strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across the UK
  • Present solutions to clients that reduce costs and add value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful client experience
