Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop personalized recommendations based on client needs and hearing test results.
  • Perform routine follow-ups, cleanings, and repairs, while maintaining expertise in ear impression taking and earmold modification.
  • Embody HearUSA's mission of Changing Lives through Simply Excellent Hearing Care, partnering with district managers and HCP team leads to drive revenue growth and community engagement.
  • Build local communities to generate service demand and support marketing campaigns, such as physician outreach and health fairs.
  • Comply with state license laws, FDA guidelines, WSA policies, and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines (QPG), maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest hearing aid technology and service delivery best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Audiology or a related field, with a strong understanding of hearing aid technology and customer service principles.
  • Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing, with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of the job.

Pays: $55,000 - $75,000 USD
