Key Responsibilities:

  • Work to the Assignment Instructions ensuring that all activity is accurately recorded on the correct documents, in line with both the Client's and the Company's Quality Procedures
  • Follow site-specific Risk Assessments to ensure all activities are completed in a safe manner
  • Set and maintain the highest personal and professional standards as an employee of MITIE and adopt a total quality approach to every aspect of your work, colleagues, and clients
  • Create a safe working environment, free from crime and health and safety-related issues for colleagues, contractors, and customers
  • Provide a visible security contact for colleagues, contractors, and customers
  • Conduct patrols of the store
  • Utilize CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
  • Liaise with the store management teams
  • Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships where required to foster a great working relationship to support the reduction of crime in store
  • Wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety

Requirements:

  • Hold a current SIA licence or valid SIA certificates (licence can be provided)
  • Have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history
