Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Head of Transformation to lead our change function, shaping our agile practices and methodologies to drive business strategy and execution. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing change best practices, leading our agile journey, and driving strategy through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of change best practices and methodologies
  • Drive our agile journey, shaping how we deliver against our strategic ambitions
  • Review and improve end-to-end change processes to enable value creation
  • Own and develop our agile ways of working, co-creating a lean portfolio management approach
  • Lead our change function, providing clear leadership, vision, and priorities to improve our change capability
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate ideas into achieving business value
