About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team at Superdrug. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and beauty treatments to customers
  • Offer a range of beauty treatments, including nails, threading, tinting, facial and brow waxing, brow lamination, lash extensions, and piercings
  • Upsell and cross-sell beauty products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

  • NVQ 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent relevant qualifications
  • Qualification and experience in acrylic nails and E-file is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in beauty is a plus
  • Confidence in approaching customers and upselling services and products
  • Desire to exceed customers' expectations
  • Passion for all things beauty
