As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and guiding them through our unique skincare offerings.

Eudelo is one of London’s fastest-growing medical and aesthetic clinics. It is our mission to help people enjoy healthy skin and to look their very best. To do this, we work with a selection of the UK’s best Dermatologists, Aesthetic Doctors and Medical Aestheticians.

We are looking for a full-time Luxury Client Advisor/Patient Coordinator for our award-winning clinic, based in South Kensington and Vauxhall.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional assistance.
- Utilize a soft-sell approach to promote our skincare services and products.
- Conduct tours of our skincare stations, introducing clients to our skincare regimes and products, and showcasing our 'experience devices'
- Participate in frequent events to engage with clients and showcase our offerings.
- Schedule appointments and treatments, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Assist clients and patients in their journey towards better skin using our medical dermatology approach and aesthetic medicine.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our procedures and products (training will be provided).
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the latest skincare trends and advancements.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry.
- A genuine passion for skincare and a strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational, time management skills along with administrative and taking payment experience
- Flexibility to work around day shift patterns and weekends.
- Knowledge of medical dermatology, aesthetic medicine and regenerative treatments is an advantange
