Job Description:

  • Develop and implement professional standards and integrity initiatives across the industry, collaborating with Global Learning, Membership and Standards, and Business Development teams.
  • Create and deliver content, thought leadership, and research on ethics and integrity to various audiences through presentations and other formats.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with industry practitioners and act as an internal adviser on integrity and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute projects related to professional standards and integrity, leveraging project management skills.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and extend our profile on ethics and integrity.
  3. Contribute to the development and maintenance of products related to ethics and integrity.

Requirements:

">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in professional standards at another awarding organisation, membership body, or similar.
  • Demonstrable understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance culture.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to promoting integrity in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral, with the ability to influence and manage external stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary £46,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a travel allowance of £2,500 per annum.
