Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our team at Manton Heights ABI Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to patients with neurological diagnoses, including stroke and brain injury.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation plans for patients with neurological diagnoses.
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Lead on the delivery of high-quality, individualized care to all patients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- BSc Hons Degree in Occupational Therapy and valid HCPC registration.
- Minimum 12-18 months experience in neurology, with some experience in rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
- Car driver with full, clean driving license.
