About the Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive Assistant to join our team at a prestigious creative University in London. As a key member of the Executive Team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Vice Chancellor and other senior staff members. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start and an initial three-month contract – with the possibility to extend.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, including diary and meeting management, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with senior members of the team and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
  • Executive Assistant experience with demonstrable managerial experience in higher education or other industry
  • Exceptional organisational skills for diary and meeting management. High attention to detail and good time management with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to confidently liaise with senior members of the team and other stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in IT skills, MS Office


What We Offer:
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
