Job Title: Delegated Underwriting Onboarding Analyst

Everest Insurance (Ireland), dac is seeking a highly skilled Delegated Underwriting Onboarding Analyst to join our team in London for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the onboarding process of delegated underwriting authorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing Coverholder/MGA documentation, administering the Coverholder/MGA Approval Workflow Platform, and providing centralized operational support for internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze Coverholder/MGA documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
  • Administer the Coverholder/MGA Approval Workflow Platform to ensure timely and accurate processing of delegated underwriting authorities.
  • Provide centralized operational support for internal and external audits, including coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procedures and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the delegated underwriting onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the Delegated Underwriting Onboarding Manager to ensure seamless onboarding of new delegated underwriting authorities.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in operational delegated underwriting authority or syndicate underwriting support role.
  • Experience with a Lloyd's Managing Agent/Insurance Co.
  • Relevant experience of technical reviews of Agreements and relevant Coverholder/MGA insurance documentation.
  • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think proactively and offer solutions to problems.
  • Extensive technology experience including PAS, DMS, Workflow and MS Office suite.
  • Strong prioritization and time-keeping skills.
