We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Front of House Receptionist to join our team at Recruitment Partnership UK & Ireland in Dungannon. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.
Estimated Salary: £23,080 - £25,000 per annum, based on a 35-hour week
About the Job RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to make a real impact on our business. As a Front of House Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, issuing bills/invoices, managing inventory orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in-person
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Process and issue bills/invoices for payments
- Manage and place inventory orders for various business functions
- Monitor and maintain a tidy and organized Front Desk and Reception Area
- Liaise with relevant staff members to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience and a positive attitude towards customer service
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues
- Administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Dungannon, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
