Job Title: Physiotherapy Support Assistant Lead

This role focuses on providing specialist support to individuals recovering from brain injuries, emphasizing the importance of participating in outdoor and physical activities. Ideal candidates should be passionate about fitness and the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Rehabilitation Program Implementation: Implement physical and cognitive therapy programs prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  2. Fitness and Leisure Activity Coordination:
    • Organize rock climbing sessions
  3. Cognitive Enhancement: Participate in stimulating activities and exercises designed to improve cognitive function.
  4. Social Outings and Recreation: Arrange social events and recreational activities that promote overall well-being.
  5. Medication Administration: Manage medication distribution and adherence to treatment plans.
  6. Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed records of progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals as needed.
  7. Motivational Support: Offer emotional support, encouragement, and companionship throughout the rehabilitation process.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Background: Relevant experience in rehabilitation, brain injury care, or related fields.
  2. Knowledge: Familiarity with rehabilitation techniques and methods.
  3. Licenses: Possession of a valid UK driver's license for transportation purposes.
