Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Doncaster. This role involves working closely with students who require additional support to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with lead teachers to assist SEN students in classroom activities, ensuring a tailored approach to meet their individual needs.
- Implement and monitor individualized education plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide targeted support to students with special needs, helping them to achieve their full potential and reach their academic goals.
- A relevant associate's degree in Special Education or a recognized certification.
- Previous experience working with children who have special needs, with a strong understanding of the challenges they face.
