Risk Free Supplier Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Free Supplier Manager to join our client, a reputable packaging products supplier. This role requires exceptional quality leadership skills and experience in maintaining world-class standards. As a Risk Free Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for developing a 3-5 year plan for quality improvement on site, ensuring products meet quality management system and customer specifications, and reviewing QMS annually. You will also manage contract/specification review and develop key supplier partnerships, lead quality control, document control, calibrations, customer quality interface, and supplier quality assurance. Additionally, you will develop and deliver good manufacturing practices and training programs, manage the Quality Control Department, and ensure compliance with ISO and BRC standards. To be successful in this role, you will require substantial experience within quality/technical manager position (over 2 years) within the FMCG sector, excellent management and leadership skills, strong working knowledge of current BRC/ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, Customer Codes of Practice, and current regulatory laws, HACCP Level 4, internal audit trained, and excellent understanding of quality and data systems and administrative/commercial aspects. Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
