Teaching Assistant Level 3

Farnborough Road Infants School in Birkdale, Southport is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support our students in Early Years and KS1. The successful applicant will become an integral part of our hardworking team, providing vital support to students, teachers, and parents.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality education and care to our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized support to students with specific needs
- Working closely with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
- Maintaining classroom order and ensuring student safety
The right candidate will hold a level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistant or a Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, have experience in cover supervision, and be hardworking, nurturing, and flexible. The estimated salary for this role is £25,585-£27,269 per annum, pro-rata for part-time hours. The post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and relevant care/safeguarding legislation.
