Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Solution Architects, Tech Authors, Demand Pipeline Manager, and Program delivery management teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project delivery.

You will be responsible for communicating SLA performance metrics and delivery updates, as well as ensuring accurate and timely reporting into our Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience at Director Level in Technology, Implementation, or Delivery roles, with expertise in GIS or Solutions Architecture/Environmental Programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
