About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Manpower UK. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely completion of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and supporting the quality department in maintaining policies, strategies, and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Support the organisation and running of Quality Exceptions Panels, including scheduling meetings, recording and minute-taking, and ensuring minutes are uploaded to the electronic records management system.
  • Liaise between the Multi-Disciplinary Team, Suppliers, and CCIS admin to expedite any CCIS (PLM) tool technical issues.
  • Implement and monitor the NCR status report within allocated Contracts.
  • Produce and analyse reports on NCR KPIs for the NCR Facilitation Lead and other stakeholders.
  • Support NCR stakeholders to manage the NCR process in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all Non-Conformance processing tool/s and management process issues are captured, monitored, and addressed.
  • Expedite stakeholders to meet contractual obligations in terms of responses.
  • Adhere to the 21-day procedure target for manufacturing NCRs and 28 days for site NCRs.
  • Provide tool enhancements, awareness, training, onboarding, and issue support.
  • Evaluate and escalate as appropriate where the NCR management procedure is not respected.

  • Experience of interfacing with project teams, supply chain organisations, and independent third parties.
