Administration Apprentice Opportunity

Brightwork Ltd is seeking an Administration Apprentice to join our Safety, Health & Environment team in a global manufacturing company based in North Ayrshire.

This role offers a unique blend of on-the-job learning and academic study, with the successful candidate undertaking a vocational qualification alongside a HNC course in Administration.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Managing electronically the diary commitments of the departmental staff
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries and directing them to the appropriate individual or department
  • Supporting audits and meetings with visitors
  • Creating and maintaining databases and filing systems
  • Booking and administrative tasks associated with the SHE Training system
  • Inputting data into SAP and other systems as required

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and use their own initiative

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain experience working within a global manufacturing company, learning while working and gaining an academic qualification.
