Leicestershire County Council is seeking a skilled Senior Practitioner to join our Outstanding First Response Service, Assessment and Screening team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and application of social work legislation, methodologies, social care policies, guidance, procedures, and case reviews, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

Key responsibilities include supporting staff on complex enquiries, leading and presenting at development meetings, and contributing to service performance and the learning and development of individuals and the team.

A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
