Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing activity across a range of media and channels with a focus on achieving customer acquisition and retention KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Frasers Plus into key campaigns and maximize opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Engage with retail partners to develop and execute integrated marketing programs across various channels.
  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the Frasers Plus brand, ensuring consistent and cohesive brand expression across all media and channels.
  • Continuously identify and exploit opportunities to drive brand and product awareness, refining and improving existing activity.
  • Support the execution and evolution of the Frasers Plus eCRM strategy, building sophistication in our approach.
