Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MI Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining management information reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex information to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain databases to store and analyze large datasets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Advanced level of Excel and SQL
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised and able to manage own workload to meet deadlines
  • Is analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach
  • Ability to produce and interpret data and information
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent numeracy and computer literacy
