Role Overview

As a Lead Commercial Insights Analyst, you will be instrumental in facilitating strategic decision-making within the organization by delivering actionable insights and comprehensive analyses.

You will work closely with the Commercial and Product teams to ensure that business decisions are informed by data and aligned with the company's strategic goals, while also ensuring optimal commercial and customer outcomes.

Conduct thorough analyses to assess commercial performance, customer outcomes, and identify business opportunities from initial requirements gathering to final execution. Establish a proactive strategic alliance with key stakeholders in the Commercial department, advocating for their needs and priorities within the broader Data team. Track key performance indicators across Commercial and Product teams, offering recommendations and business intelligence capabilities to enhance performance and efficiency. Assist in change management and migration initiatives throughout the organization, while adhering to data team protocols and best practices. Uphold, promote, and seek to enhance Data team processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications

4+ / 5+ years of experience in analytical roles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights clearly. Proficient in SQL. Strong Excel skills. Experience in developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Excel. Foundational understanding of data warehousing and modeling. Familiarity with cloud data platforms is advantageous, e.g., Snowflake. Previous experience in Financial Services and/or Retail is preferred. Python experience is a plus.
