As a Sales Representative, you will engage directly with potential customers, promoting various brands, products, and services while driving sales and providing top-notch support. Here's what you'll do as a Sales Associate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Advocacy: Maintain a positive reputation as a professional and hardworking Sales Associate, introducing clients' products and services into the market and closing sales deals through current residential campaigns.
- Product Knowledge: Master product details, benefits, and unique selling points, enabling you to tailor your presentations and conversations to each individual customer.
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the freedom of choosing your own work hours. Ideally, commit to 5 or 6 days a week, with a minimum of 4 days preferred. Weekend availability is also an option.
- Earnings Potential: Control your income with a 100% commission structure. Beginners can expect to earn between £350-£550 weekly, with potential for growth as you gain experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- No formal qualifications or prior experience required. However, transferable skills from retail, hospitality, customer service, mentoring, tutoring, personal training, and event hosting are welcomed.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to work in the UK without restrictions.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, and results-driven.
