As a Sales Representative with RJ Talent Connect, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting various brands, products, and services, and driving sales while providing top-notch support. Your role will involve:

  • Brand Advocacy: Maintain a positive reputation as a professional and hardworking Sales Associate, introducing clients' products and services into the market and closing sales deals through current residential campaigns.
  • Product Knowledge: Master product details, benefits, and unique selling points, enabling you to tailor your presentations and conversations to each individual customer.
  • Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the freedom of choosing your own work hours, with a minimum of 4 days preferred and weekend availability an option.
  • Earnings Potential: Control your income with a 100% commission structure, with beginners expecting to earn between £350-£550 weekly and potential for growth as you gain experience.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English.
  • No formal qualifications or prior experience required, but transferable skills from retail, hospitality, customer service, mentoring, tutoring, personal training, and event hosting are welcomed.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to work in the UK without restrictions.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, and results-driven.
