Job Title: Support Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to support a gentleman with a mild learning disability in his daily activities. The successful candidate will provide companionship and support to enable him to participate in social activities, such as attending local rugby matches, music events, and shopping trips.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide weekly support to the gentleman to attend social gatherings, such as rugby matches and music events
* Assist with transportation to and from activities
* Support the gentleman with shopping and accessing music events
* Form a trusting relationship with the gentleman to ensure his safety and enjoyment
Requirements:
* DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post
