About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks, as well as assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Engaging in activities and hobbies with clients, such as reading, puzzles, and games
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, including listening to their concerns and interests
  • Collaborating with other care professionals to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence and access to transport
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support
