About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes during evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and hair care.
- Support clients with medication management, including reminders and administration.
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch to ensure clients maintain a balanced diet.
- Provide companionship and social support, accompanying clients on outings and activities.
