Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our retail store, providing exceptional customer service and delivering retail excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the HARIBO standards of customer service
  • Greeting customers and engaging with them to assist in their selection and make purchase recommendations
  • Sampling activities in and out of store
  • Processing cash and card payments at the till
  • Maintaining retail standards, including product replenishment, display, and pricing
  • Undertaking daily cleaning duties within the store
  • Complying with company standards in Health & Safety and Environmental Management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail experience, with online retail experience being beneficial
  • Experience handling cash and processing card payments
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to provide top-notch customer service
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • A passion for HARIBO's values, brand, and customers
