Building Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Building Operations Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.
About the RoleAs a Building Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining accurate records. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and security.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including reports, documents, and databases.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Competent in the use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and relevant software packages.
- Previous experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare or facilities management setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
