About the Role

As a Reward Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering this vision by managing our reward programs and ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Reward Zendesk queries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as required.
  • Support the implementation of reward policies and guides, keeping them up-to-date with legislative changes.
  • Oversee project plans and hold the reward team accountable for actions in weekly meetings.
  • Maintain a Reward Comms calendar for the team.
  • Update the Partnership lists on a monthly basis and administer eligibility and voting processes.
Compensation
  • Support the Reward Team in implementing annual processes.
  • Coordinate benchmarking and grading processes, ensuring job descriptions are clear and concise, and coordinating panels with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide periodic Central Support insights.
  • Responsible for annual salary survey submissions for Ops & CS.
Benefits
  • Manage day-to-day benefits, including Life Assurance case management, AXA administration, and benefit windows for new joiners.
  • Manage regular comms and Reward Gateway queries.
  • Manage pension queries and escalate to payroll as required.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desire to improve processes and find better ways of doing things.
  • Good problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize or escalate as required.
  • Naturally calm under pressure, able to distinguish the critical from the chaos.
  • Open-minded and collaborative, with sound judgment.
  • Experience working with Workday is ideal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
