Adult Care Support Worker

Love Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Worker to join our team in Glasgow. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing top-class care and support to our service users in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist service users with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Drive in the community to provide care and support to service users.
- Understand and promote independent living, dignity, and respect for service users.
- Provide guidance and support to service users to encourage empowerment and independence.
- Work in partnership with families to build quality relationships and provide written reports to achieve improved outcomes.
What We Offer:
- Competitive rates of pay starting at £ per hour.
- 35p per mile care mileage allowance.
- Holiday entitlement up to 33 days.
- Flexible roles available, including full-time, part-time, and bank hours.
- Paid mileage and induction training.

Work Hours: Full-time, part-time, and bank hours available. Example - Week 1: 4 days on, Week 2: 3 days on, including working on alternate weekends.
