Adult Care Support Worker

Love Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Worker to join our team in Glasgow. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing top-class support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist service users with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Drive in the community to provide support to service users, promoting independent living and social interaction.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues, ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
- Contribute to the development of individualized care plans, promoting empowerment and independence.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
- Competitive rates of pay starting at £11.00 + ph minimum.
- 35p per mile care mileage allowance.
- Holiday entitlement up to 33 days.
- Flexible roles available, including full-time, part-time, and bank hours.
- Paid mileage and induction training.

- Employee referral bonus up to £250.

Work Hours: Full-time, part-time, and bank hours available. Example - Week 1: 4 days on, Week 2: 3 days on, including working on alternate weekends.
