ERP Services Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive - Oracle ERP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in existing accounts, building strong alliances with regional leaders and client partners, and leading large transformation RFPs for ERP package services.
Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy: Develop and drive a growth strategy in farming existing accounts.
- Pipeline Generation: Work closely with industry vertical leaders and client partners to generate pipeline and deal closures.
- Alliance Building: Develop strong alliance and partnership with regional leaders and Account Executives.
- RFP Management: Anchor large transformation RFPs for ERP package services including Oracle EBS, JDE, Oracle SaaS deals by providing customer insights, formulating win themes and industry expertise.
- Marketing Campaigns: Drive marketing campaigns for lead generation including webinars, fire side chats and CIO forums.
- Analyst Relationships: Contribute to analyst relationships and ratings.
- Total Industry/Sales Experience: 15+ years
- Selling Oracle ERP Package Services: Experience selling Oracle ERP package services including Oracle EBS, Fusion ERP
- Selling Oracle Cloud Services: Experience selling Oracle cloud services including Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service or Managing large Oracle ERP programs based in US
- Industry Exposure: Multiple industries exposure required
- Leading Pursuits: Experience leading pursuits for implementation and managed services
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of delivering consistent growth with upselling and cross-selling experience
- Pipeline Generation: Experience in pipeline generation through marketing activities and new account opening
- CXO Relationships: Should have experience in handling CXO relationships
A competitive salary of $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
