Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at a leading food manufacturing business. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of safe and compliant food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits of the manufacturing facility to ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support the investigation of customer complaints and identify root causes to prevent future issues.
  • Coordinate the sending of samples for laboratory analysis and interpret results to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Review and approve packaging deliveries against approved artwork files.
  • Support third-party audits and traceability exercises by presenting QA function auditors and/or retrieving documents.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a QA Technician in food manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of QA Technician requirements, including HACCP and Food Safety qualifications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
