Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

At Pearson Education Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our examination processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of examination results.
  2. Collaborate with examination teams to identify and address quality issues.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with examination standards.
  4. Provide training and support to examination staff on quality assurance procedures.
  5. Monitor and report on examination quality metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of examination standards and procedures.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
