Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Pearson. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our assessment delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of assessment results.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain assessment specifications and criteria.
  3. Conduct quality assurance reviews of assessment materials and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Provide training and support to assessors and other stakeholders on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  5. Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in quality assurance and assessment delivery.
  2. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and requirements.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
