The Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with various special educational needs, both in and outside the classroom. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about making a real difference in the lives of young learners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. \
  2. Support students with SEN in their learning and development.\
  3. Assist with the planning and delivery of differentiated lessons.\
  4. Help students with personal care and mobility as required.\
  5. Encourage positive behavior and social interaction within the school environment.\
  6. Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).\

  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with special educational needs, is preferred but not essential.\
  • Patient, flexible, and committed to supporting the needs of students.\
  • A positive approach to learning and a passion for working with young people.\
