We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our Economic Crime Prevention (ECP) team as the Head of Client Risk. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in managing EC risk across our business banking, commercial, and corporate businesses.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and support to a large team of risk specialists, driving multi-skilling across ECP subject areas.
  • Lead a team responsible for assessing and investigating high-risk factors and suspicious activity, making informed decisions on client onboarding and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to enhance due diligence processes and drive efficiency through technology and robotics.
  • Partner with colleagues to provide EC expertise to key strategic change initiatives and improve controls.
