Job Overview

The Really NEET Project is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEND) Leader to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the SEND team to ensure high-quality support for students with special educational needs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote inclusive education and support students with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students with SEND.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEND provision and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in SEND and ensure that our provision is aligned with national and local guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
