- Secondary Education Training: A robust background in secondary education.
- Expertise in Inclusion: Proven experience in fostering an inclusive environment, focusing on curriculum adaptation and data analysis.
- Experience with Diverse Needs: Extensive background working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving inclusive practices and ensuring that all students receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially.
