About the Role

As a Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Neighbourhood Officers and Allocations Officers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the service is delivered to the highest standard, meeting performance targets, and maintaining a high level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Neighbourhood Officers and Allocations Officers to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage and develop staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a high level of service delivery
