We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at Black Swan Care Group. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents at The Haven, a luxurious state-of-the-art care home in Boston.
As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Working collaboratively with our care team to deliver person-centered care and promote a positive living environment.
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribution to the overall well-being and happiness of our residents.
