About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team at Domex. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics and servicing repairs on kitchen appliances in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performing diagnostics and servicing repairs on kitchen appliances, including refrigerators, electric cookers, and washing machines/dishwashers.
  2. Maintaining communication with customers and the office, providing updates and addressing issues where required.

Requirements:

  1. A comprehensive understanding of electrical principles, acquired through a combination of education and work experience.
  2. Possession of an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) qualification is preferred.
  3. Possession of a valid manual car driving licence and comfort with daily driving.
