About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team at Pacifica, one of the UK's largest providers of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances.

As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes. You will work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers, using your expertise and product knowledge to repair appliances efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity and up-to-date working repair knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a can-do attitude. You will be a good communicator, enthusiastic about problem-solving, and committed to repairing appliances first time.

You will receive a full company induction into the Pacifica family, and we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience, plus £7,000 per annum London Weighting for candidates residing within the inner M25 area.

We also offer an uncapped bonus scheme, OTE of up to £50,000 per annum, and a range of benefits, including company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE, all supplied.

We operate a City and Guilds Assured Training scheme, providing additional product upskilling if required, and we work with a small selection of the world's leading manufacturers, including Electrolux, AEG Zanussi, Vestel, LG, Hisense, and Lamona.
