Domestic Appliance Repair Specialist

Domex is seeking a skilled Domestic Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team in Greater London. As a key member of our Domestic Appliance Repair team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics and servicing repairs on kitchen appliances in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Performing diagnostics and servicing repairs on kitchen appliances, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, electric cookers, and refrigerators.
  2. Maintaining communication with customers and the office, providing updates and addressing issues where required.
Requirements:
  1. A comprehensive understanding of electrical principles, acquired through a combination of education and work experience.
  2. Possession of a valid manual car or motorbike driving licence and comfort with daily driving.
  3. A customer-centric approach focusing on delivering excellent service and meeting customer needs.
