About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team at Pacifica, a leading provider of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes.

As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers. You will be a good communicator with a can-do attitude, enthusiasm for problem-solving, and a passion for repairing domestic appliances first time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Use your expertise and product knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve service excellence

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity
  • Up-to-date working repair knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience, plus £7,000 per annum London Weighting for candidates residing within the inner M25 area. You will also receive a sign-on bonus, company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE. Additionally, you will have access to our company pension scheme, private van use (optional), up to 33 days annual holiday allowance, and excellent opportunities for progression and promotion within our business.
