Trauma-Informed Care Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate midwife to join our team as a Trauma-Informed Care Coordinator in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with women who have experienced trauma and loss. They will also have the ability to provide training and support to maternity services.
The salary for this role is estimated at £38,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- PROVIDING TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO MATERNITY SERVICES
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH WOMEN WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED TRAUMA AND LOSS
- DEVELOPING BIRTH PLANS ALONGSIDE MATERNITY CARE
